SOLD OUT/Sedona Women's Retreat January 2027

Remembering Your True Nature Women’s Retreat in Sedona, Arizona - Book now - only 2 spots left!

Over the past few years, I've become increasingly passionate about creating spaces where women can slow down, step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with themselves, and remember who they are beneath all the roles and responsibilities they carry.

This retreat is an invitation to pause.

To breathe.

To reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been quietly waiting beneath the surface.

Together, we'll spend five days immersed in the breathtaking beauty of Sedona's iconic red rocks—moving our bodies, calming our nervous systems, connecting with nature, sharing meaningful conversations, and creating space for healing, reflection, laughter, and renewal.

Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, personal growth, or simply time to reconnect with yourself, our hope is that you'll leave feeling more grounded, more inspired, and more connected to your authentic self.

What We'll Experience Together

This retreat is intentionally designed to balance meaningful personal growth with adventure, relaxation, and genuine connection.

🥾 Hiking & Nature

We'll spend time exploring Sedona's majestic and energetic red rocks and breathtaking trails, allowing nature to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and remind us of the wisdom that already exists within.

🧘 Yoga & Meditation

Each day will begin with gentle yoga and guided meditation to help us become present, grounded, and open to the experience ahead.

💛 Reiki

Each participant will receive a private 45-minute Reiki session, offering time for deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic support.

🔥 Shamanic Journey & Fire Ceremony

Together we'll gather for meaningful ceremonies designed to help us release what no longer serves us, reconnect with ourselves, and set intentions for the season ahead. Through guided journeys, ritual, and reflection, we'll honor both where we've been and where we're going.

🎶 Sound & Harmonic Healing

Experience the calming effects of sound and vibration through harmonic healing practices designed to cultivate relaxation, presence, and inner awareness.

🌅 Rest & Connection

There will also be plenty of unstructured time to soak in the hot tub, relax on the rooftop deck, journal, explore Sedona's shops and galleries, schedule a massage or spa treatment, or simply enjoy quiet moments surrounded by the beauty of the desert.

Often, these peaceful moments and authentic conversations become the most meaningful part of a retreat.
